Under the leadership of CMD NCL Shri P.K.Sinha, Northern Coalfields Limited has institutionalised powerful onboarding initiatives to groom and nurture new entrants in the company.
As soon as new members join NCL family, the CMD NCL alongwith the Functional Directors interacts with new entrants and congratulates them for joining one of the core sector of national economy- the coal mining. The entrants are made to understand the accompanying responsibility towards society and nation at large.
The top leadership of NCL sensitizes new employees about the opportunities & challenges of the industry and ask them to periodically reflect on why they became miner in the first place.
They are asked to think of the lives they are transforming through their work. This fills new employees with great sense of purpose. The inspiration arising out of such induction sessions are timeless indeed.
